The short answer
Mise books the table for you, is free until first booking and covers any Resy or OpenTable restaurant, any city, by its own account. What Mise does
Mise monitors Resy and OpenTable around the clock and books a matching table into your own account, with its guides centered on hard New York rooms like Carbone, Torrisi and Don Angie. It says it supports any restaurant on either platform and charges nothing until it actually gets you a table. Like every service here, it says it improves your odds rather than guaranteeing a booking.
Mise says you only pay once it gets you seated. Summaries elsewhere describe it as free until the first successful booking, then $29 per month for unlimited bookings, but we could not confirm a current price on Mise's own site, so check before signing up.

You can, but it rarely helps. Two paid services watching the same restaurant do not create more tables, since the constraint is how fast an opening is claimed. The free Resy and OpenTable alerts are the ones worth stacking.
